Updating a Referral's Preferred Address

A colleague may have moved or perhaps they prefer to be faxed on their personal machine, whatever the use case you can update the preferred contact information for any provider within the Elation Provider Network. Just follow these steps:

1. Open a new Letter to Provider or Referral
2. Select the Provider Profile you would like to update
3. A blue "Edit" button will appear on the right hand side of the "To" field
4. Click "Edit"
5. A "Profile Details" box will appear, you can edit the Preferred Address, Phone, and Fax for this provider
6. This updated information will now be the default for your practice when sending Letters or Referrals out of Elation.
