To access the billing report, click on the "Billing" button at the top of the Practice Home page or select "Billing Report" from the Reports dropdown at the top of the page:
The billing report includes any signed and unsigned visit notes that have superbill information entered. You can choose to view the report for any physician in a multi-physician practice:
You can run the report for any period of time, like the last 7 days, or a 3 month period:
Once you've entered the procedure and diagnosis codes into your billing program, you can add a billing reference number to help you keep track of your workflow:
You can download the billing report to an excel-compatible spreadsheet that has all the information your billers need.
Note: ICD-10s and ICD-9s will be available in the CSV for any bill after Oct. 1, 2015.
In addition to the download, you can print the billing report to send to your biller if it is for less than 7 days. If the billing report is more than 7 days, please download the billing report spreadsheet.
