The Requiring Actions Queue: Follow-Up on Action Items

The Items Requiring Action appear outlined in yellow at the top of every chart to help you quickly take care of any outstanding items for a patient's care:

You can see anything that requires your action here, including any unsigned visit notes, refill requests, and any prescriptions or lab orders that are in progress or require a provider to sign-off. Messages that require your action also show up here:

You can sign off reports directly from the Requiring Actions Queue, as well as re-assign reports that don't belong to you to the correct provider with one click:

Right underneath the Requiring Actions Queue is the Outstanding Items Queue, with items that are not ready to be filed into the Patient Chart but don't need your action yet, like messages that are waiting for another staff to reply to them:
