What information will be shared with patients in Elation CCDA files?

From April 5, 2021 to October 6, 2022, shared EHI is limited to the data classes represented in the US Core Data for Interoperability (USCDI) v1 standard. There are 16 data classes of the USCDI v1 standard, and all elements within each class will be incorporated in Elation’s CCDAs.

  • The listed USCDI v1 data classes are used to define EHI from April 5, 2021 to October 6, 2022.
