Elation Workflows

Invite at least 1 patient to Patient Passport within 4 days of the encounter. Elation will automatically share a summary of each completed visit with the patient via their Passport account.

For customers who do not want to use the Patient Passport feature, click the “Print Clinical Summary of Encounter (MIPS)” button at the bottom of your visit note to provide the patient with a summary of their visit and then sign the visit note.

Reference our Elation Patient Passport Guide for more information on how to invite patients to Passport.

Additional Information

For customers using the Patient Passport workflow, extending an invitation to Patient Passport is sufficient to meet the requirements for this objective (patients are not required to register).
