Our
Prescription Form Guide details how to write an electronic prescription. This needs to be performed at least once during the reporting period.
When completing your prescription, make sure you select “e-Prescribe” to receive credit. Scripts that are simply “Signed”, “Saved”, or “Printed” do not count towards the numerator.
