Overview

How do I restore documents deleted from the Fax Inbox?

Documents deleted within the past 7 calendar days can be restored directly from the “Recently Deleted” feature within the Fax Inbox. See the below for instructions.

Documents deleted more than 7 calendar days ago can only be restored by Elation. To restore documents deleted more than 7 calendar days ago, click I need help -> Contact Elation Support and provide the following details to our Support Team:

• The date (and approximate time if available) the document or pages was deleted.
• The number of pages that were deleted.
• Who deleted the pages.

 

Workflow Instructions

Restoring documents deleted from the Fax Inbox

To restore documents deleted from the Fax Inbox within the past 7 calendar days:

1. Click the Recently Deleted button at the top of the Fax Inbox to see all the recently deleted faxes. 
2. Once you find the pages you want to restore, select all the pages and then click the Restore button at the top of the listing. 
3. Click the Recently Deleted button again to return to the main Fax Inbox to see the restored documents.
