ℹ️ REQUIREMENT
All Elation users are required to use multi-factor authentication for security and compliance purposes.
Overview
You can change your authentication factors anytime in your Elation Settings. If you remove one, you won’t be able to use it to log in. Make sure you always have at least one authentication factor set up.
Workflow Instructions
To update your authentication factor(s):
| 1 | Login to Elation. |
| 2 | Go to Settings -> Account Details. |
| 3 | Click Edit factors. |
| 4 | Click Remove to remove any authentication factor you don’t want to use. |
| 5 | Click Setup to set up at least one authentication factor. |
